it accepted it but still will not let me in to anything & I have all the extra plugins. Guess I'll have to wait till my SIL is n town tomorrow night & beg 4 help. n the meantime I'm totally devestated and want to sit down & cry.

From what I've read about the Embird upgrade you have to wait for a new registration number before it will work. I hope you didn't delete Embird 2006.

I got it back Mickey but I was totally lost without it. Gonna wait & let my SNL do it 4 me. I have the new password & all the info but I did something wrong & am not gonna take another chance. *4U

Can't you reach a customer service number or email where you ordered the upgrade from? Wish I could cheer you up, but I would be devastated too!

I bought from Secrets & they tell me someone will get back to me on it but it may take a day or so, they're very busy
