This is an in the hoop vinyl bow (it does involve a small amount of glue). Granddaughter, Vivian picked out the vinyl. It has a clip on the back. Thanks for looking. Hugs, Laura

I have sewn on marine vinyl tons - but this was soft and very very easy to stitch on. Thank you!
