Anyone one know where can I get the best lesson or course to buy on Pull and push compensation for knit fabric in Embird? I got an issue when doing logos to embroider on knitted fabric and need some help on setting the pull compensation for knitted fabric... I seem to miss how to set the pull compensation... am learning myself to digitize and got some dvd lessons but cannot find where they really pay attention to this subject... any help where I can get some lessons for Embird software.. google give me lots but nothing really specific ... thanks in advance.

There's a good article on the Wilcom Hatch blog. I can't get the link to upload, so just copy and paste. https://www.wilcom.com/Hatch/Blog...

As you have a stitch-out it is easy to see what the problem areas are. add extra compensation - Embird has default 0.1 (mm) - or widen your outlines where gaps appear making slight overlaps in the software.

The only person I have heard intelligently addressing push-pull was teaching a seminar for Floriani in a shop. She had worked in mills in the industry before working for Floriani. I think I also saw some on it in a Floriani webinar by Walt F. himself. Also, Mops on Cute Embroidery might help. I suspect this is an area where a little knowledge is a dangerous thing (describing myself).

That is true ..LOL.. a little knowledge is a dangerous thing I experience that... teaching myself with cd's to digitize and now I realize it is not enough to digitize I need some more information on the push-pull... will have a look at Floriani thanks..
