These are fabulous and I have a glass tealight lamp that would work perfectly.
They look great, I keep to you the fingers crossed, for good sales; hugs Maria
These are just beautiful! Do I see one of Sonia Showalter's designs on one!? Did you design the lampshade shape as well? I'm sure your craft table will empty quickly!! Well done. Avis
Thank you, Avis...Yes, I designed the lampshade and it is done ITH, and digitized all but the blue motif. It is one of Sonia's as mentioned below.
Awesome I think they will be a hit, especially as some of us are already sewing for Christmas they will look good on the Christmas table, love your work
Awesome! I am so jealous of you cuties that have larger hoops and can do these really neat projects.
These are very nice. I think they would sell at the craft show. Add some green too that seems to sell well.
They are so lovely - they would sell quickly at a craft fair! Let us know if you do that!!! Hugs, Laura
These are very nice. You will have no problem selling them at craft sale. I love them all.
Kim, these are amazing. I just love that the bases are wine glasses. I think the6 are beautiful and I am sure they would sell well.
Thanks, Sarah...bonus too, if you want a sip of wine, you already have the glass!
They look great, Kim, and they would certainly sell well.
I tried to make some a couple of years ago, but did not know how to stiffen them. So the glass and floppy shade are gathering dust in my sewing room...
Using battery tea lights is a safe and practical option!
Thanks, Martine...if these don't sell, I guess there will be some getting these for Christmas!
Lovely. You might try some of the lacy styles with cutouts.
But these should be great sellers.
They are beautiful and unique. definitely take them to the craft show.
They are lovely, I also like the blue one, and they will be best sellers.
May I ask what you use to hold the shape and will the design be for sale on your website? Lynette
These are going to be a great seller! You have done an outstanding job on them!
I love your creativity. The designs are so beautiful as well.
Ooh! these are just GORGEOUS Kim, I LOVE the blue one! They are just such a novel idea. I can see these in all sorts of seasons etc. Christmas, Easter, Valentines etc. etc. etc. You are just so CLEVER! Well done my friend, can you tell I love them. He he he, love Chris
Thank you, Chris...you are too kind! They would be great for almost any occasion and they are really lovely when lit too!
Kim, your wine goblet lampshades are beautiful. So much so, that it is hard to pick a favorite. If I did, it would have to be one with the fall colors. These will definitely be a big hit at the craft show.
They are beautiful and such a clever idea I am sure they will sell and you may get some orders from people who may want a couple the same for a dinner party table.
Look at a party supply shop or section in a store for the plastic glasses.
Good luck on your sales.
Thanks, great suggestion on finding the plastic wine glasses for display...
What Stunning work done!!Love the designs..On what did you stitch them??Fabric..Whose designs are they
Thank you, Sonja...the Blue and Gold are stitched on a cream Moire fabric...really beautiful in person! The Autumn is stitched on a quilters cotton with the oval being cream with gold metallic flecks...it is also prettier in person! The blue motif is from Sonia's, the Autumn Leaves and Gold Motif I digitized, and I digitized the ITH lampshade as well.
Kim, these are great.....you need to market these...they will sell!
Those are fantastic! I've never have seen anything like them before. Be sure to use a plastic goblet for display as people may not automatically know what they are. If you see someone puzzling when looking at them, start talking to them right away and explain!
Thanks...good idea suggesting a plastic wine goblet as a sample...I will have to look for some. They are quite pretty when they are lit.
They look great. I like the one with the fall theme the most. What size hoop did you use in your design?
Thanks Angie...I designed them for an 8" x 12" hoop...I decided that it might be nice to use a colored or printed fabric and then add the plain color oval to offset the design...I like it too!
