Oh i missed seeing this**** pretty nice gift he will be a happy wee boy hugs
Such beautiful work on this jacket Kim. Your great-nephew will look fabulous in it. I too am so impressed with your stitch-out on the knitted fabric. Love Chris
Sure to be one happy guy with this great looking sweater.
I can't see his Mother getting him to take it off probably will want to wear it to bed. It is just so perfect.
Well done stitching on knit and having it look so good.
Thanks so much...I am sure he will get a lot of wear out of this and it is machine washable too...he just started Pre-K last week and is loving his new school.
Beautifully done, Kim......
Thank you, Vicki...I was pleased with the digitizing of these two characters as well....especially stitching on this knit sweater.
You really have mastered the technique of stitching on knits! I'm really nervous about trying to do that, but you sure have created a wonderful gift for him! He'll enjoy wearing it and know how much you love him.
Thank you, Penny. It's really not that difficult to stitch on these types of knits...I think he will love wearing this...
He must be getting so big! Adorable sweater with the cutest designs.
Thanks, Christine...yes, he is not longer "Sweet Baby James"...can't believe he is turning four....
You are just so clever. Is it very difficult to embroider on knits. What do you use for stabilizer and I presume you use a topping. I just think it looks amazing.
Thank you, Sarah...It really was not difficult. I used a poly mesh soft cut away stabilizer and a topping and I did not hoop the sweater. I have done this several times with great success.
