I have heard that these Jumpers are great for small dogs like Jack Russel and Fox Terriers.
Learned something new today! Such a great project you are doing. I like the green one also!
Thank You. I have again found my love of knitting although I would rather the small projects like these Jumpers.
What a wonderful thing to do! I never heard of this before. Do the ranchers recycle the used one? I suppose they could be washed and reused. Are you the only one doing this? Seems like there must be a ton of lambs that would need one.
I am not too sure about the jumpers being recycled as I am sure they will be too dirty and possibly damaged.
What a terrific project! I think any lamb wearing that green one will be the envy of the flock! Well done and it's great see you again!
Great job...I would love to see a little lamby wearing one...I think the green one!
Great job Lyn, so nice to see your smiling avatar. Hope Adelaide is coping with the weird weather we've been having. Poor NSW is still in about 98% drought! Love Chris
"Red areas are in "intense drought", orange areas are in "drought" and all other areas are "drought affected"." taken from the Internet.
Thanks for the map of Drought in NSW. These Jumpers are apparently just going to Farmers in Sth Aust but I know that there are others around Australia knitting them.
These will be going to Farmers to help the little new born Lambs through those cold night/days. I don't think and self respecting little Lamb would wear the lime green one.
Yes Pictures. Is Jumpers for Lambs a organisation? Somehow my mind goes to lambs all dressed in colorful jumpers.
They are Jumpers for Lambs to help them through the cold days/nights after being born. They will go to Farmers who are struggling with the Drought here in Australia
