Prayers for you and your entire family. May the good Lord be with you.
My condolences to you and your husband. Seems like you are having a lot to deal with right now. I know the struggle of hurricane aftermaths but am glad to hear your home was safe. Know that one of my grandsons, come in to storm ravaged states, to run power lines again. It takes people pulling together, in times of need. I hope it just doesn't take too long....
Thanks A huge thanks to your grandson for what he does. I know it is not easy. And to us who have experienced hurricanes and Super storm Sandy too, your grandson and the folks like him are truly heroes.
Will continue to pray for you and your family. Cherish the memories of those who leave us and make way for new adventures as the hope of a new tomorrow approaches. God Bless
Prayers continue for your family. Praying you find peace soon. Thank you for the update about Hurricane Micheal. Such a great destruction affecting so many.
I'm aware of the devastation that is ongoing. I have a dear friend who is a nurse at the VA nursing home down there. It took her a couple of days to get to work and she was very concerned about her patients. My prayers continue and include you and your DH as you conclude the business of details in your grief.
Thanks Life is always interesting. I hope your friend and her patients are all OK
Good to see your post here. prayers will continue, sorry for the loss of our MIL, hope you cherish many lovely memories....Hope better days will will come soon. and life will be as good as normal again.
Very sorry to hear that life has been a so traumatic . My condolences to you and your husband. I am relieved for you that the hurricane left your house alone. I know what it is like to be left “untouched” when terrible things are happening to friends. Last year when we had the most awful fires, several of our close friends were left with nothing. I felt guilty still having a home and precious memories that one collects over the years.
Hope the rest of the year is a little kinder.
Yes, we are suffering survivors guilt. We're praying this craziness end with his mom's estate ends soon.
My condolences regarding your MIL......Was so happy to hear you came out of hurricane without damage, however you are so right about all the suffering that is still happening....I can't even imagine how overwhelming this has to be for all of you living in this path of destruction...…..prayers to everyone!
So glad to see that you are doing o.k. Karen and I do hope that your friends will soon have their power resumed. Water is of course the main priority, without it we cannot live. I will keep you in my prayers. Love Chris
Thanks for the prayers. They are treasured since I know you are a prayer warrior. I hope all is well with you.
Hi Karen, yes, we're all doing well. It's Springtime down under and everything is renewing! Makes one feel great to be alive. Love Chris
So happy you and your hubby came through that terrible storm okay! I have a brother in Tallahassee and he had numerous leaks in his roof. He also said it was the scariest storm!! So good to hear from you! Hugs, Laura
I'm grateful your brother came through Michael and hope his roof will soon be waterproof again. It continues to be hard for so many. Imagine waking up in the 21st century and going to bed in the 19th century. That is what happened.
Karen you have been in my mind and prayer. Thank you for stopping by and updating us on all that you had to deal with. I hope that some calm will enter your life. Hugs
We are hoping that soon life will be more normal again. I hope all is well with you.
Oh Karen...loving hugs and blessings coming your way....
