you did a great job on fussy cutting and placement. Also the fabric is perfect.
What a nice idea to put a fabric with design on the center. Will have to try it out.
If you have a lot to make, this fabric instead of embroidery in the center goes a lot quicker, as you don't have to change threads.
These are great Toogie!
Thank you Mrs. Lillian. I hope this Lord's day is a good day for you. Our church had it's 100 year celebration and I just got home! Former pastors, music directors, staff, testimonies and of course a good ol' Baptist luncheon in between and the day is gone!-lol- I really hope you are better SOON. My love to you-Toogie
Toogie, these are great! Do you remember who did these? I have to make a whole bunch (at least 30) for the nursing home my Dad is in. I have patterns from Vicki, and would also like to make this style. I love the idea of fussy-cutting some fabrics for the center like you did. wonderful project!!
I'm sorry to say I do not know who made this design. I got it when I first found Cute Embroidery and didn't know how to save information on pc or rename files. I feel ashamed, as I can't even PM the Cutie to say how much I appreciate and have enjoyed this design. I do hope she knows or sees this post. If she does see, I hope I've done you proud by making so many of these, over the years. Thank you!
bbalbanese by my notes. I love this design, too. I used it for the cute design challange last year (?) and put a ladybug on a swing on it.
