Well done. He looks great. I usually do my designs lower down on the Towel. What is your reasoning for having it up higher? Is it because you can just use the towel part by itself and not touch the design?
No being nasty just thinking it is a good idea and wondering why I haven't thought about it before.
That's what I like about here is you learn tricks every day.
Hi Barb, I always put the design 2 inches up higher than the section which has that little pattern in it. It hangs nicely on my towel rails that way too! I don't like having that ridge part in the hoop! Love Chris
Most Beautiful Santa!!Thanking you in kindness!!
That is a wonderful Santa! And, I agree that your table runner is magnificent! Everything you do is so precisely done...which is something I'm still working on! Good work!
He may be small but still stitched out great. Hugs
Thanks so much Shirley, I'm going to make a bigger one next time. Love Chris
Love how it turned out! I have been planning on putting that on a towel for a friend but haven't gotten to it yet, so is nice to see how it turns out. Thank you for sharing.
Gosh Chris your runner is to die for!-lol
I don't blame you for asking about Santa getting bigger, but he is so cute any size. You have done an excellent job with him.
Thanks Toogie, he was fun to watch sewing out, but the colour changes were fiddly! Love Chris
Looks very cute it would be nice in a bigger one as well
Just love your table runner as well. Whose design is it Chris
Val
I think the runner is a Sweet Pea design but Chris will let you know otherwise...lol
Hi Dixie, yes, the table runner is from Sweet Pea which I made in 2016. Someone on Sweetpea asked if anyone had made it in the 4 inch hoop so I went on there and said I'd done one. I've actually never posted my goodies that I've made from SP before on their page, I usually post them on here. Love Chris
Thanks for that Chris I really love it but think I have got time to do before Christmas this year but maybe next year Val
Well done, Chris, but 19 color changes! I would not mind it in a 5x7 hoop.
Oh, who counts? Great towel, Chris. Hope you girls have a wonderful party....
Thanks so much Antje, yes, it was a lot of colour changes, that's why I asked for it to be made into a 5x7! Love Chris
Thanks too Betsey for commenting! I'm sure we'll have a wonderful day on Monday. Love Chris
Oh, didn't he turn out so cute!!!! Hugs, Laura
