Love the block pattern--stands out laid out like that. Beautiful designwork.
Love the pattern of the quilt block. Stands out so good laid out.
Love the quilt block and I think it will be astonishingly pretty when done. Good for you, but did you need another big project? I agree the fabrics read solid.
I have enough to start for 3 queen quilt tops plus today I am going to join Quilts of Valor at their annual National meeting, so.... busy, busy, busy!!!
It looks great Toogie. I love seeing the two different designs when it’s placed together too. Good luck with the quilting it will bring it all together. I hope one day you can get one of those quilting long or medium arm Seeet sixteen machines. ❤️👵🏻
I hope so too Chris! My sis and her friend just came in from out of state last night and I told her she needs to hurry up and win. She said she's trying!!!-lol
I like the second design/block too. Some say a plus but I say a cross-lol
love the block pattern to the fabric is nice to great job
This will be great quilt. Love your layout and like the pattern. Have to go and check it out
I figured you had made this one already Angie. It's very simple and easy, too. Show and tell when yours is made. I KNOW you have fabrics for it!
Love how you have your blocks laid out.....it is going to be beautiful!!!
Very nicely done, you will love t when you get it quilted. Materials are great.
Oh buy the way I'm a quilter not a winner, heheheh.
lol-I'm not a winner either, can't win if ya' don't play, but my sister plays. Years back I always thought the Toyota Avalon was so pretty. She promised me a new one WHEN she wins. She is pretty lucky but hasn't hit the million.... Now, I'd rather have a long or mid arm quilter!
Sometimes simple is best, a great looking quilt, but the quilting will make it. post it when your are finished with it, looking forward to seeing the quilt complete.
The quilting will have to bring it to life. I just hope I can do it on my machine. If not, a lot of hand stitching!!!
What a gorgeous quilt this is going to be and I love the pattern, too! Your machine quilting is far better than anything I can do - mine looks very "clunky" and I would never try doing it on a quilt I'd give away! If anyone deserves to win a lottery, it's you! Hugs*, Deb
I;m squaring up my pieced blocks now so I can see them into rows, then border, then quilt...It would be nice to just win a quilting set up!
Lovely colours, as you say, the quilting will bring it more to life.
If you win the lottery, buy 2 sweet sixteens - one for you and one for me!! I would love one!
Mary C.
Oh Mary, I came home drooling. I stayed on the computer days looking at the machines, knowing I won't live long enough to pay for one! I really don't have the room for a frame but a sit down mid arm sure would help!
Don't get your hopes up as I don't play!
Beautiful colors - you are so very industrious!! How wonderful it would be if you won the lottery!!!! Hugs to you, Laura
The chances of that happening are zero to none-lol- but I wouldn't mind reaping from someone else's win-lol
