I'm sorry that you are disappointed.Everything on this site is for use on an embroidery machine which uses software to transfer the design to the machine. I hope that you can make the beautiful design that you chose work for you for hand embroidery. I used to trace the lines in pencil and then put that on my fabric and trace over those first lines to transfer designs.

Go to your downloads center -- any machine embroidery designs you have purchased will be there.

Please note -- your purchase was for a machine embroidery design. It is not an outline nor is it for hand embroidery. When finished, it will look much like the one pictured here: http://www.cuteembroidery.com/868...
