Gorgeous!
I just came back from the Hurtigruten roundtrip Bergen-Kirkenes-Bergen. I had taken a sweater with me, topdown until the sleeves so it was realy easy and soon discovered many others had taken some knitting or crochet with them too. Which made instant acquatancies, from different countries.
And of course I could not resist buying alpaca yarn in a shop in Brønnøysund devoted to knittig!
Nobody knitted anything as beauful as your shawl!

Thank you...but it has certainly been long journey for you, all the way to Kirkenes and back home. I have a granddaughter in Båtsfjord and her father (my son) is fisherman in Gamvik, I say this is at the end of the world up there :-)
