Cool tip. Whatever type of glue you use, take a little Vaseline and rub it around the tip, the lid will never stick.
E6000, I use it for everything. Buy, poke hole in opening squirt a little out use tooth pick to get the amount you want, place on spot add magnet and let dry for awhile or over night. Good Luck!
Thank you. I have seen this in the store but never bought it. It is now on my list.
Really good question. I am so glad you asked, I have magnetic sheets I want to glue.
Beacon Fabric-Tac glue is a permanent fabric/multi surface glue...works great. Dries quickly, can be laundered, dry cleaned and put in the dryer...it is my go-to fabric and craft glue.
Thank you, sounds like a wonder glue! I will look for it at the fabric store.
Now that's an unusual project! Would love to see it when you are done.
Have you tried Super Glue? Or, lightly sanding the magnet before gluing? Or double sided tape, like carpet tape? Because of the fiberous nature of felt, you may not be able to get a really strong bond that lasts. I think there is a magnetic tape that is sticky on both sides. They may not make it any more, but I've used it to bond it to glass.
Thank you so much! I have Duck double sided vinyl flooring tape. I tried it and WOW it worked great!
