It has been a tough week. My beautiful kitty passed early Monday morning. I stayed up as long as I could, however my hubby who is the animal person was took him outside for his last minutes. He was with us for over 23 years. I saw him made in my backyard and I loved it when he climbed on my should as I slept. Of course he would wake me with a claw on occasion. Lol! We still have the community cat outside, but I am not as close to her as my hubby and son. I am having trouble with my left arm and I kicked something a probably broke a toe or two. Growing old is really hard on the psyche. My son is so confusing and needs continued prayers of which I am so grateful. Time to sign off as I feel the tears creeping into my eyes. Hugs to you all. It has been another tough week. I found out that i could of lost my son as well as my furbaby. It is so difficult loving with someone who has serious issues with life. I still have moments when I expect Jack right around the corner. Such powerful emotions. So I am glad to be here and hopefully I have things calmed down for the weekend. I will know more Tuesday. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. I am running on them these days.

So sorry to hear of so many troubles in such a short time. I agree with you about the growing old stuff, but not much can be done about that. Prayers for your whole family! And condolences on the loss of your sweet kitty.

Thank you all for your love and support. I so appreciate it. It is funny how I can be doing something and expect him to be there. I have been cleaning so that I can stitch. The swamp cooler makes it wet on these hot days and I feel to sticky to stitch. Does that make sense?

Tape those toes to the next unbroken one if you haven't already. It helps.

It is tough to loose our pets. They are family members and we morn their loss. I am sorry you have to go through this. Cherish the memories.

That's a lot to cram into one week. I'm so sorry you lost your cat - they are such good companions to those of us who KNOW. Maybe another cat will wander into your life soon. I have had over a dozen cat companions in my life, but three were very special and highly intelligent, trained me well...
