I was just on Embroidery Designs.com and in the free section there are some embroidery faces, You could embroider the face then cut out and make the toy. I know it isn't in the hoop but would work.
These are both very sweet Martine ,i was after a doll pattern but a bunny was the only one i could find i just want to use up my overload of scraps i would like to sell some at our craft co op and donate some to the Samaritans purse gift boxes
I played a bit with an ITH rabbit design I had. First I only used the face to add to a form like yours. pic 1
Then draw my own shape. pic 2
From there I digitised the outline shapes into an embroidery design. Here I used blue for placement lines and brown for the stitch lines.
Pic 3 and 4 are the 2 hoopings you need if you have a 8" x8" hoop.
The yellow and pink can be skipped.
Couple of pointed ears and it could be a kitten.
I love what you have created but if you want a ith design for a similar bunny you can always commission basketkase to create you your very own design.
How about embroidering a face on fabric and then sew it? that would solve your problem about faces.
I will check it out I think it may be too big but thank you for your help
Monika I wonder if this would not be much easier to just sew rather then using the embroidery hoop. I have not seen anything like that but maybe someone else will be able to help
Yes this one is made on my machine but im not good at faces so thought a in the hoop one would be easier
