I can't seem to find a type of fabric that had eyelet lace on the bottom and about 12" of a light weight fabric attached. It use to be on a bolt. Does anyone know where to purchase this anymore?

I do not know where you live but Amazon sells that fabric.

Sounds like Broderie Anglaise Lace. try looking under that name.
