Oh, Toogie, this is so beautiful! And any one would be thrilled to be given it! Your quilting looks great from here! 8-) The colors cheered me up on what is a dismal day! Get to feeling better! Sending hugs and virtual chicken soup your way!* Deb
YOUR QUILTING LOOKS GREAT YOU ARE YOUR WORST CRITIC. I'M SURE A CHILD WILL CHERISH IT
I wish I could quilt that badly LOL It is lovely and I am sure who ever receives it will think so .
What a gorgeous quilt! Love the pattern and the colours.
Hope you're feeling better.

Well, Toogie, it's not how perfect a project is, but how much love you put into it. When you give this to her, she will just see love. I enjoy this pattern as it gives a lot of motion to the quilt and the variation of the fabrics gives the eye a lot to look at and enjoy. Fabulous work!
It's lovely Toogie and I really like the block design. I don't think I've seen one like that before. Hope you're feeling better.
I saw one on Pinterest but I had to figure the pattern out myself. It was fun to make and goes together fairly quick. I can send you my PDF if you quilt. I made directions for our QOV members.
I think I'm better, hope so, thank you.
I quilt, but infrequently. Still, if it is no trouble I would love to have the design. I hope you get better enough to know that you are feeling better.
It is beautiful Toogie. No one but you will notice the imperfections. Don't be so hard on yourself. It is beautiful quilt that will be loved by whomever gets it. Kudos for all the good you do for others. Hugs.
It looks wonderful and the quilting adds character which adds to its uniqueness. Whomever will love it!
Beautiful colors and great job! CASA sounds like a wonderful charity. Thank you for donating!
Just love this Toogie!! I can't see anything wrong with it at all! Sorry to hear, you are under the weather! Feel better quick! PS: you are amazing with all that you do!
And you too are too kind, but I thank you. I like feel good bright colors, don't you? ....but then I also like the colors of Fall- lol
Toogie I am always amazed at your output. This is lovely and the fact that your passing it on to someone else is excellent.
Besides QOV our sewing group donates to CASA. It stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate for children that has to be removed from a home. Our hope is the quilts will help comfort them in their uncertainty.
Toogie as the old saying goes "A blind man would be happy to see it" I think it's gorgeous and I've been quilting for 25 plus years and it doesn't matter if there are imperfections. Love the colours in this one. Love Chris
Thanks Chris, you always are good to lift my spirits. I forgot to say because I reduced my block that little blue square is 1 and 1/2 in...before the seams!!!😳😳😅
I am not sure what you are talking about. I am a quilter and can not find anything wrong with it, so I am sure the receiver will not notice. Besides if she does, it will only confirm that some loving hands were involved and not a machine. Great job.
Thanks Angie. My movements were not smooth and so some stitches are tighter than others. Also, when I paused to move and to regrip my quilt, I made a point in places instead of curve.😩 It's not too many but I know. You are kind as always,😃
