Good job Toogie. Haven't seen on any Osenburg in years.
I saw some recently at JoAnns I believe, but I've had this piece for years. I started making these kind when Caleb was small. I just change the Christmas prints and the embroidery on each one. The older ones like Caleb have since been 'retired' and new younger grand and great grand children have taken their place on my stocking tree. Thanks for looking
Oh! Toogie these are gorgeous. I love them both and with the additonal heel and toe it really makes them pop. I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier , I just notice these were posted 2 days ago! Very remiss of me. I've been doing some babysitting with Aqualina who had a really high temp and bad head and then their dog got sick, so I did doggy sitting too! Love Chris
I do hope Aqualina is well now or at least all fever is gone ( the dog too). I made this style for years with toe & heel. Thanks for taking time to comment.
Love them a lot specially the elf. So cute
These are so sweet! Well done!
Just glad to be done with these. Two things I can check off my list.-lol Thanks
I wanted to say, I put a whole piece of cut-a-way on my stocking, backside of front piece only. You can see it looks creased on the deer. It will soften up year after year, but it gives body, besides something to emb to.
They look great Toogie. You are much too critical of your own stitching. Hope your Christmas is shaping up nicely...
It is s-l-o-w-l-y getting done, thank you. I am in the process of quilting a large throw, as I am able. I have 2 more to piece and quilt before christmas.
