What a big undertaking. The quilts all look beautiful and I'm sure each one will be loved by it's recipient. Each of the wonderful ladies has a beautiful and loving smile which reflects their generous souls.
I wish you all a joyous and blessed Christmas
Outstanding show of love to the children. These quilts are all beautiful. Did each have to be a certain size? What is the name of your group and the town you all represent? May God keep blessing you all as you bless others with love sharing and your gift of talents. Hugs to you!
The quilts were made for all children's ages. Not too many teen sizes, mostly adolescence or toddler age. Merry Christmas!
Oh my goodness! These are beautiful! Congratulations on a job well done. I am sure they will be loved and will bring comfort to those who are warmed by them.
So beautiful! What a labor of love. You are spreading joy through the world.
What a wonderful job you have all done. I am sure it will brighten the lives of the children who receive them. Hugs to all.
They are all amazing and made for such a good cause. I love the diversity and shows you can never be too old to do something you enjoy!
I have seen some wonderful needle turn applique on Mrs. Jean's quilts. She is 93 and I don't remember seeing her quilting with glasses!
Oh, how beautiful. Unique, one of a kind works of art! What a wonderful group you belong to.
Wow, double wow!! What an amazing group of people - well done - well done! The quilts are beautiful - just awesome!
I love all of them too and am sure the children will. We also included some toys which I didn't get good pictures of....
What a diverse and wonderful group of quilts. Those are some lucky children, not only to have a quilt, but to be covered in love and prayers.
It is so sad that there is even a need like this ,so we hope the children realize that people do care for them and maybe not feel so alone. Perhaps the quilts will comfort them in their uncertainty.
All I can says is WOW! An amazing group of ladies and the quilts are all lovely. Merry Christmas to all. Hugs. Nan
Very nice quilts. Our group got so small we had to quite. I have enough of my own to fill this winter, but I miss a day out and the good lunches we have. Congratulations to your group!
Lol- we do have good lunches !-lol- I sure am sorry your quilt group broke up. As you can see in this photo, we need younger quilter to carry on. Unfortunately there will always be a need. Merry Christmas!
Amazing work. These ladies are the best. You Toogie included. That is a lot of hours invested to make someone feel loved. Congratulations!
It is, but you understand what it's all about. Love, is there anything greater. I think not. Merry Christmas Angie!
Congratulations Toogie on such a wonderful effort. They are all truly beautiful. Love Chris
I think they are too Chris. I wish I had the time to look each one over. I hadn't been to meetings since October and these were packed up right away, all I have are these pictures. I like that they are all unique.
Note to self for next year. You need to be the historian of the group and photograph each quilt, year and who made for an inspirational scrap book, especially as new members join! Truly an awesome group and group of quilts and those children will feel the blessing.
Betsey, I had not attended a meeting since October. When I went Thursday, I got there late as I was riding with Kathy and her casserole wasn't quite finished. I had to hurry and hand sew a label on after arriving. They were actually waiting on me to finish, so we could start the picture taking and pack the quilts up. I barely got a glance at all of them so another lady sent these photos to me.
