finally, after about a year of saving and thinking, I purchased a Pfaff Creative Icon. Thought I'd better get it soon, otherwise I'd be too old to learn how to use it. Very computerized and I'm pleased that I learnt on an earlier [Pfaff] model. Haven't actually made anything yet. xx Merry Xmas everyone

Going to be a hot Christmas. Got a little heat-wave happening right now with daytime temps aroung 42 degree celsius. for about 5 days straight. Will try a bit of embroidering very soon I hope.

Is one ever too old to learn how to use a new embroidery machine?

yes, it is a bit large really but I wanted one that is reliable etc. My son came over yesterday and helped move a bit of furniture, so I can use it with embr. unit without moving. So heavy. xx
