What browser do you need to download freebies from pnw? It has been a while since I have been there, I have tried 3 different browsers and am not able to download even after adding the item to the cart.

On the checkout page, did you 'check the no payment necessary dot', and then checkout...design will be the "my account" up at the LEFT top of page...and then find the recent order and click on download... hope this helps ( and hope I'm remembering the steps),,,
