I just can't firgure out how to download the pnw's designs. Seems that I always download the jpg file and not the embroidery file. Any hints"

Go to site, login, go to samples or design, when you find what you want, add to cart, next page you must click on the no payment, your designs are then emailed to you. If this doesn't work for you try a diff browser, I had to go back to Internet Explorer for awhile to get the designs. I have since cleared my cookies and history by going to "tool", internet options and then clearing .
