Finally, 2 finished hooded towels. Hoods seem awful small to me but hopefully will fit the greatgrand girls big heads--one girl age 6 the other almost 4. Christmas presents.

Well done. I think they will fit and the great grands will love them with the embroidery you had selected. I am trying to make one for a baby due in January. and all that I could find is way too big. 😊

They will be thrilled if their heads fit in these. Next time I ever make one I will use a hand towel for each hood and just cut them down slightly, not split in half length wise and get 2 hoods from one hand towel unless the towel is larger.

I watched a lot of YouTube videos and in the end stitched my hood on the way I wanted to since it had a pretty finished edge. I had a color sequence which came with the peeker designs I purchased. They were very easy but takes me a long time with my machine that wants to act up right now.
