What a fantatic project! Thanks for the video too. I have one of those purse closers and could never figure out how to stitch through through those holed!!! I guess in this model, you don't have to stitch it closed.

That is so pretty and she will love it. I do have one question. Was the top hard to attach to the fabric? I have seen others having made these and always wondered how they are made to look so neat.
