Hi, on Kiwi Blog there is a good explanation why thread sequence is wrong on your machine. I download VP3, but use Artista software, and that is the problem. Hope it will help you.
I spoke with the customer service people most of Friday afternoon and my Husqvarna software Premier 2+ has an extra box that has a ticked box with color sort in it and I've never noticed it. I have the option to do it on my main page and don't use color sort anyway. So trial and error we found out the problem It was all sorted out Friday last week. Thanks, love Chris
Love these blocks, they have lovely faces all smiling. Hope you come right with the block. Love the set, will make a great runner or hanging.
Hi Lynnette, they all worked well once I had found out what was happening. The customer help staff explained it was a color sort issue. I never use color sort on my Premier 2+ software, but when I go to EXPORT the design a box comes up and guess what, there is another little box with a TICK symbol in it? So once I unticked that symbol, I've had not more problems. Love Chris
I just love these but yes, frustrating when a written instruction is not written precisely. I am one of these people that goes by 1, 2, 3 and what to do, also like pictures included to get it right. If I have a problem then I know a novice will have a real problem. I know sometimes just an oversight but sad to buy a pattern, a very great one at that and numbers on instructions be off. But you have managed to get them stitched out so cute and I wouldn't have even missed her nose.
Hi Patti, I wrote to SP and they told me to re download it, so I did. Then I thought I might run it through my "Real Player" which is part of my Premier 2 to see where each section is and each size 5x7, 6x10 and 8x12 all did the same thing. So I've just written again!!
I had to do another Mrs. Santa Clause, I'm a big OCD! Love Chris
Those are so neat. Love them , and so will Mrs, Clause ;-)
Splendid, Chris... I wish I were coming t...o your home this Christmas... love to all of you...

Oh, love love love these Santas!! So very festive!
These are so nice Chris! Won’t Christmas morning at your house be so exciting having the children there this year, after Santa comes!!! That will make your Christmas!!!!
Hi Toogie, yes, it's going to be wonderful. Then at lunchtime we are all going to Ben and Mia's for the family Christmas do. Love Chris
What fun! I know there is a lot of work (and fabric, thread and time) in each panel, but these are fun. I hope we will get to see the something nice when you finish all of the panels.
More Santa’s, they are lovely. Went to next town this morning to get more fabric for my Santa’s and the shop was shut. V sad, better organisation required on my behalf. 😂
