Oh my! I think that all of us have done this at one time or another. Didn't damper my love of embroidery though! It would take much more than that. Thank you for the chuckle! (not meant as a chuckle at your misfortune) I can look back now on my own mishaps and laugh.
Well I know I make mistakes and yesterday it was frustrating that the hoop sprang apart I also laughed
Been there-done that! Some days/weeks that is how it goes for me with everything I attempt. Hugs. Nan
Oh! Caroline, I laughed at your post, I'm sorry. I did that years ago and I patiently unpicked it all. I think Meg said Pauline (nonna57) did it too on a large embroidery and unpicked it. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again! Good luck with it, love Chris
I too laughed. As it stitched there was a different noise so I looked underneath, realised what had happened and took the frame out and proceeded to unpick. I was using my PR with this disaster. It’s now sewn - correctly
Guess we've all been through this at one time or another. So sorry, I know it is frustrating.
Yep, I agree that machine embroider is so much fun that I need to bring my Elissimo in for treatment. And it is probably my own fault. Vertigo and machinery can be so much fun. Well, it seems we are all practicing patience in too many ways lately. I think my patience grade is failing.
I feel for you. I have only done this once - taught me a big lesson as I do not have much patience
I haven’t learnt from previous experiences. My unpicking skills improve as the years pass
