Hello Cuties, Anitapatch gave us a link to this free sewing pattern for a potholder. I was anxious to try it and have made two potholders using the pattern. My first one is in my comment in anitapatch’s post.

I decided to make another one a little different. I used sequins for the eyes and made a loop strap because I also put a zipper in the back for Nora a little purse! I lined it too.
I hope she has as much fun with it as I did making it. More potholders for the girls to hang on oven doors, I put a snap before sewing back & front together and one on end of strap. The first one I made on right has 1/4 inch embroidered dots for eyes. The rest have sequin eyes.
Thank you again Anita for the pattern link. I’m having fun! Wishing you all the best of health-Toogie

You are so creative! Great idea to turn it into a little purse. What a great way to store the change we get too.
