It has been a long, long time since I posted anything I have made. This is a design from Oma's place. I believe it was just the inside and the outside frame, and was blank in the middle. Then I put in the verse. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Her designs are always so nice, and I love her mug rugs!

I was pleased with the satin stitch around the middle frame. It had a motif stitch on top of that. Thanks
