Thanks for letting us know about Ms. Lillian. I miss her and her wonderful blessed comments.
I am so glad to hear about your phonecall to miss Lilian. I am glad she is well enough to walk and has at least one of her daughters living close by.
Oh her girls and son-in-law are so good to her, very protective. They check on her daily, probably truth be told more than once, too. They make sure to get her to her doctor appointments and she says that's all the going she does, besides church. They have a very, very small congregation and some of her friends died with this virus.
Thanks for the update, Toogie...send her all our love and prayers!
I'm so glad you check in with Miss Lillian. The 2 of you are such special Cuties. Good to hear she is doing well enough to take walks. My prayers are still going up for our folks in Texas. I know they are facing a very rough and long recovery once they thaw out.
She said her daughter had to stay at a hotel in Texas close to the hospital to be able to get to work. I asked her if the hotel had hot water or any and she said she never thought to ask. My lineman grandson got to a hotel in Mississippi after pulling 42 straight hours and no hot water! He said showering was not fun. This all was of course during the storms.
Her knee does bother her and they think it may be the cancer again. I hope not. I understood her oncologist retired and they haven't set her up with another one, yet.
Hi Toogie. Glad to hear all the news. Know ya'll had a fun call, as she is so much fun.
I don't know who talks more, me or her, but doesn't matter I enjoy our phone visits. She is so sweet and of course we both see humor in things.
