I saw a little Easter basket kind of like this, and just decided to make one. It's a little wide, so next one will be smaller. It had iron on batting under the outside, and heavy stabilizer in the lining. It was pretty fun putting it together! It takes too much candy to fill this larger one!

It is lovely...I don't think an Easter basket can ever be too big!

It's pretty and so useful too. How about adding an ITH stuffie to take up some space. I can think of so many items to add for any holiday or birthday. Great sewing project.
