Here's What Brenda and I did Yesterday afternoon.This is her first Quilt.There from her Sons and her hubby Jeans. She sewed the rows but didn't know how to go about putting it all together.So we pinned it and I showed her how to mark her lines for sewing and I did the first 3 rows so she would get the hang of it but+++She was afraid So I sat and sewed it as she watched . Turned out great for two old girls lol It is for her son Christophers birthday . Thanks for looking.I embroidered the pocket in the middle while i sewed

Finally today I can view some pics. That is going to keep someone very very warm. Great to use denim and that plaid together. I want to be snuggled around it now. Temperatures are crazy around here. Woke up to snow, now a storm is supposed to come and back to 80's in couple days. Great job to you both.

You can tell by the way she is beaming she is so proud of it! Looks great! Yall did a fantastic job
You're a great friend to help her, but encourage her to try and not to be afraid. Tell her that's what they made rippers for!-lol-No joking the only way for her to learn is to do it herself. Otherwise, you may be doing all her quilts. I know this was heavy because of the denim, so any more she does should be easier, if done in quilters cotton. Tel her to keep up the good work!-Toogie
