Hello Cuties! This is our middle child but our oldest daughter Marsha. This was a surprise to all of us. They are always taking trips and had actually had this trip to Colorado planned about the time Covid first hit. Since they were finally able to take the trip, we didn’t suspect a wedding. They both love wildlife and so planned a trip to Estes Park while the elk are still down from the Rockies. They saw plenty elk, moose, turkey, rams, chipmunks. I got pictures all week from her of everything but this. It wasn’t until their return flight landed and they were driving home that she sent me the pictures and swore me to secrecy that I realized. They didn’t want me to say anything until they told all their grown kids and Richards mom, which is understandable. I told Richard I couldn’t believe as much as she texted and we talked a couple times ( her checking on her dad) that she was able to hold back from telling me!-lol
She said they hired a photographer and a videographer but these pictures were taken with her phone. She said the ceremony was at a lake and it wasn’t until they started back down the trail that she thought of asking one of them to take a few with her phone, so she would have some pictures right away. I think the trees in the background were very fitting for them as they both are outdoors people.I just had to share because they both look so happy. I think their kids are too.

Thank you, they are leaving Tuesday for Tennessee, this time with their camper. I guess since Richard isn’t traveling for work now they will travel for pleasure.

Hilda, my husband had a friend that once told him that he hoped we had stock in Kodak, as many pictures as I always took!-lol- that was the days when you had film 🎞 that had to be developed. Thanks for all the compliments!
1213They make a handsome couple! I think having some of the same interests helps when married. These photos will be a treasured reminder of this day...in the freezing snow!

Lol- she said she didn’t shake until signing the license. I told her she was probably frozen and numb from the cold-lol- I would have been even with a jacket!

lol-Too cold for me K!-lol This is where I was supposed to go on a trip with my 'traveling niece' when my hubby suddenly had to have a heart cath, remember? Niece Eraine has been several times because she loves the place.

lol-You know what I keep forgetting to ask? Does she have boots on under that lovely gown?-lol I love the color too and it looks so good on her.
Richard retired from working overseas and we all are so glad. He was 4 months coming home when Covid hit and the next time out was longer than expected too.

She has the same interest as him, they both love the outdoors. She can and did, bush hog his place when he was working off for so long. She kept everything up, so she is not lazy. I think they are good together. I hope so anyway.

Thank you A. I agree we need some sunshine in our days. We had Douglas' music playing in the car, going to the doctor this week, and it is still hard to believe he is not here anymore. We all miss him so much. Jenny has gone back to work because she said it's too lonesome at home. She had just planned to stay off until he passed anyway, but she stayed off until last week.
