Hi Debbie, I've found the best place is the first one that "bemara" has suggested. I've made a lot of the fairy dolls and they are exquisite also her flowers are too. Love Chris
This isn't embroidery but what about a window bird feeder? I haven't had one but know of others who have and enjoyed them. Whops, just noticed jrob had the same idea. I think it would be pretty to add flowers to the birds too. Stitch them on organza or tulle. And butterflies too. Embroidery Library has bunches of designs that could work.
Im no good on the ideas front but welcome back. As I write I had an idea which I have added for you.
I don't know where she is, and this isn't embroidery, but you could put a hummingbird feeder that sticks to glass with a suction cup, or a bird feeder as well as the projects you so lovingly make.
Window bird feeders can present problems with birds seeing the reflection of trees and thinking they are flying into a forest either knocking them out or killing them. I bought a window feeder for hummers, but, never hung it up because I had a year when they were flying into my sliding glass door and windows. It is so sad to see one with a broken bill that can't eat and the eventual happens. I'm not trying to be a saddest and I know people do put feeders on windows. I just don't like to see anything suffer and know that I may have played a part. Just something you all may not have thought about.
How about a blue bird? It's free standing, but not lace.
Can't figure out how to add a link, but go to Embroidery Library and search for design:

Hi Debbie, maybe you will find some inspiration here: https://embroiderybytm.store/ , http://www.ls-liane-stitch.de/, https://www.soniashowalterdesigns... ; i hope you find something nice for your project, hugs Maria
I know I've seen some non Christmas hangers, but I can't recall anything specific at the moment. When something comes to me, I'll get back to you. Hopefully others can suggest something sooner. My 93 year old mother-in-law is living with us, so I can empathize though she is in relatively good health.
