I'm glad you are up and running again. I too like the dog and all the detail in this design. BTW, the downside of not having a basement is that you are going to miss all of that space.

lol....I know, we are buying the empty lot next door to us to develop and build a garage and workshop for Jim.....with a room for storing my stuff.....
