Hello cutie friends....Things are not going great for Boomer...he is extremely depressed, has had numerous surgeries on his feeding tube which keep malfunctioning and they are currently trying to stretch the scar tissue in his esophagus as he has 90% obstruction due to the scar tissue from radiation......so far it has been unsuccessful. He has made an appt with Rush in Chicago for 2nd opinion on his cancer as the "mother" tumor in his throat has shrunk but is not gone....the one on the side of his neck appears to have gone though, so one sliver of good news. He was a very big man, but has lost 128#'s since July and depression is what I am super concerned with now. He has pretty much told me that there are no words to keep him positive right now, but I keep trying!! Please will all you prayer warriors keep him in your prayers.....You all are the best group ever and I thank you for all your support!! Much love to all!

109774Adding the Boomer to my list. He has to get back to himself, so he can do some more of his wonderful art, clearly what he is meant to do with his life. So hoping that they can work out the minor issues, like the feeding tube, while they work on the major ones, depression, tumor, weight loss.

7630You know you have my prayers added too. I can understand he is tired. He has been fighting for so long. But that doesn't mean he should stop fighting to live. He has 2 good pieces of news and that is enough for me to have hope. Tell him he has dozens if not hundreds of people praying for him. I know it helped me to know that I had hundreds of prayers filling my room every day. I decided as tired as I was, I could not disappoint everyone so I continued to fight. And tell him the prayers also come with cyber hugs. Please keep us informed.
