Teri, Great Job! I'm so jealous. I have got to get me all the Embird plug-ins. I'm missing out on so much. I'll just keep on drawing and saving the pictures until I get everything.

Sure Maria... just send me a picture of the logo... I googled it and came up with this: http://images.google.com/images?h...;resnum=0&q=Oklahoma%20sooners&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi

Which one is right and what size are you needing?

simplyrosie by simplyrosie 16 Jul 2008

My link didn't go through... I googled Oklahoma sooners and selected images... if you can email me (justsimplyrosie@gmail.com) and do it for you.

Wonderful, Teri!! I do digitizing, too, so I know how much work you put into this. And manual is the best way to go, it looks very very professional. And isn't digitizing fun? your DH will be very proud to wear this, I'm sure. Keep up the good work! Hugs, Marji

Looks great. You know when he wears it, all the Ohio State friends will want a shirt too!! First thing you know you will be in the business. I made my sweetie shirts with airplane and name of airport on them. I thought they were license designs and I was afraid to sell any when all the guys wanted one. I wound up giving about 8 or 9 shirts away for free when I should have charged them. This won't happen again. Good luck sweetie.

This is sweetie's airplane and Cuties this is Georgia red clay dirt in foreground.

I recognize that red clay....When my children were little and I would buy carpet, I would say I don't care what color it is just so Georgia red clay doesn't show!;)

Looks perfect to me. Did you make it manual? it is really good but to be honest with you.. I hate Ohio State (don't tell your husband, hahaha) ironic because I will move there soon, hahaha, and in Columbus, everything is about OS. I like Penn State. Keep going, you really did a wonderful job. Flower and XoXo

FANTASTIC! You Go Girl! Woohoo! Looks like you certainly don't need any more help. Isn't Embird just so amazing to work with! And the more you use it the more features you find and the more you appreciate what a fabulous program it is. Well Done! hugs n roses, M

Thanks Meg! I still have a lot to learn, but Carolyn's tutorials are amazing... I went through the basic tutorial and now I'm working my way through the Studio one. Each time I learn something, I go off and try using it. :-) Your emails with encouragement mean a lot ... thank you! :-) xoxo

I'm going to work on the lettering a little... but here's what it basically will look like. I'll post the tshirt I stitch in projects hopefully soon. I got the logo off the intenet and took it into Illustrator to draw a vector... resized it to fit my 5.5x9.5 hoop and here ya' go! :-)

looks good. do you like embird?

momieof3 by momieof3 15 Jul 2008

It looks great. How easy is embrid to work with?

simplyrosie by simplyrosie 15 Jul 2008

LOVE Embird... but I recommend getting Carolyn Keber's tutorials... will make your life a whole lot easier. You'll be off and running in no time.

Could this software be used for any machine? I have Janome 10001 and currently using digitizer 10000.

mops by mops 15 Jul 2008

Looks great Teri. The letters were a headache for me, but this looks ever so nice.

simplyrosie by simplyrosie 15 Jul 2008

Absolutely... I tried all kinds of SW over the last year and really fell in love with this one. It's definitely worth every nickle. You can download a 30-day trial. But as I mentioned, getting some tutorials would be highly adviseable.

simplyrosie by simplyrosie 15 Jul 2008

I looked at yours Martine when I did mine... :-) I wanted to make it a lot bigger, and this design is pretty easy (basically straight lines)... I'm glad you liked it... your approval makes me feel good!
