oh thank you for sharing these adorable pictures, time flies.....
A very, very happy birthday dear Avery. Congratulations on your 16th. Birthday. Where have the years gone. I cannot believe Avery is already sixteen. Thank you Toogie for the beautiful pictures of Avery on her special day.
Oh! Toogie, these are just gorgeous and what a delight to see the look on Avery's face. I don't know why the years fly by so fast these days!!!!
Great picture of Nora playing the piano too and the food looks delicious.
I'm so glad to see that you all got to be together, Covid is rampant down here in Australia too. We are keeping to the rules. Happy New Year to you all, love Chris
Avery was giggly from the start, as if she realized all the fuss was for her. She used to smile at the word pretty or when someone said she was pretty. I joked with her one time and told her not every time pretty was said referred to her-lol
Nora’s piano playing has improved so much. It’s amazing watching Gus learn to read music.
Hope all of our Cute family stay safe and well, including you and yours!❤️Toogie
Forgot to say, Nora played Happy Birthday while everyone sang to Avery.
Oh how time is flying, Avery 16 already. Belated Happy Birthday to her. Sorry to hear Covid is rampant by you as I'm sure your all protecting Avery but wanting to celebrate her birthday too. Take care
We have missed Nora’s last 2 birthday parties bc of Covid. First year we hibernated and this year we were literally going out the door to go when our friends called and said Marty tested positive. We had been with them a few days before. Thanks be to God we never got sick but we could risk going in case.
Yes Avery is sixteen and Mason will be 18 this month! The clock seems to be in a higher gear now that we’re older-lol
Happy Birthday to our Cutie. It looks like they made all the fuss over her they could think of. The sweet little pin is just perfect, including the memories of her twin in the celebration. I am thinking of having a homemade strawberry ice cream and pink birthday, myself, as it is my favorite color. Does he deliver? Big hugs for everyone.
He has been asked before about delivery, but I think yours would be the farthest. -lol-I think pink speaks GIRL all over. A good strawberry cake would taste yummy, when do you need them delivered? I'll pass him the order.-lol-Don't be surprised if it 'gets lost in the mail'.
We went early that morning and brought Isabella's 'twin butterflies' they are metal and a whirligig that I thought Nora and Gus would enjoy seeing when they go out to the graveyard.
A very very happy 16th birthday to our very special Cutie!!!! My, how the years have gone by and the joy watching Avery's progress. I can only imagine the joy you experienced and the memories you cherished and made for the coming year. Hugs to you all, especially for Avery.
Thank you Karen, you have always treated Avery like the special girl she is. She did seem to be a little tired, when we left.
Since leaving the school dorm, Ashley had to get set up with a new physician. He hasn't got Avery's meds adjusted correctly yet. She has started again, being awake 3 days and 3 nights straight. She used to do this when she was younger. She would not sleep for days. The longest was a week one time. I had to take time off from work, during that time, just so Ashley could get some sleep. The neurologist finally got her meds at the right dosage and she started sleeping nights.
It sounds like Avery could use some Cutie prayers to get the meds straightened out.
Oh, what wonderful pictures, Toogie!! Your daughter does such a wonderful job of decorating!! Happy 16th Birthday, Avery!!!! I especially love the picture of the two sisters together! Such sweetness! Looks like a day full of love! Hugs, Laura
Laura, Nora loves her sister and is very attentive to her. The other day they were here and Nora did something for Avery, maybe wiped her drool, and I asked Avery, "How does it feel to have a big sister?" to which Nora replied, "Gram, I'm not her big sister"-lol
I was worried for her to have a party because Covid is rampant again all around us. I hoped and prayed for protection from the virus, especially for Avery and the kids. Ashley invited a lot but also said no one makes an effort to come for Avery. Besides 5 little cousins and one grown one it was a few friends from church. It was nice but way too much foods. Papa 9my hubby) was asked to bring homemade strawberry ice cream, because everything was pink.-lol-The grown ups really enjoyed that.
