Today has been very, very windy in the UK. In Wales all the trains were cancelled and many schools closed for the day. Our youngest grandchild Catrin was 7. The power has gone in their house so its cold BUT they have been able to keep warm and cook in their camper van. If all goes according to plan the power will be back tomorrow evening. Catrin's dad has been extremely busy working as he is a fireman. The boys tree house has sadly blown away... luckily the cat was in the house as he has spent many hours in the tree house. They too had no school

My goodness. These must have been some strong winds to blow away the treehouse. I am so glad no one was hurt and hopefully the heat is back today. The weather has been so crazy. I can not recall trains ever been cancelled because of winds.

Praise God that all is safe for you and your loved ones. This crazy and scary weather seems to be happening all over the world, so everyone be careful and be safe.

How good to hear that nothing happened to your family, I hope the power is back. Here in Germany the storm has also raged, except for a few fallen trees and a covered roof nothing happened near me.... hopefully it stays like this....
