Nice job! Glad you had fun, my embroidery machine has troubles….
Did you change needles mid project? I think I need to start working with leather as I have scrap just the right size for keyfobs.
EW!! I see your picture up close and it's great. Did you cut your shape freehand or cut on a cutting machine? I am trying to learn Cricut Maker but no way can watch all videos. My 14 y/o granddaughter comes over to play so she's helping me. I read somewhere that cutting files that come with some digitizer's designs fit just at the placement line and something about having to size them up yourself---if you cut, do you know by how much to catch in the zigzag if you have a satin stitch or want that little bit outside your stitching line? Love your fabrics in this too.
That is what I would call a very successful experiment. I hope the weather clears soon for you so you can get what you need to finish each of the keychains.
That's gorgeous Caroline and I hope by today (Monday here in Aus) you can get the hardware to finish it. Love Chris
Best way to make a stormy day count by creating something special. Love the idea of mixing different materials. How is this keyring not finished?
I have no rivets or metal rings for keys. Being Sunday (and so wet ) no where is open and I don’t even fancy going out to ask my fiend if she has any I can borrow.
