Flood story.

A couple moving their cows came across a lone cow which didn't belong to them that had a green tag in its ear. They rang the phone number on it,it turned out that the cow came from 150kms upriver & survived the long swim in reasonable condition. The cow is happy in the company of their cows & will go back home when the floods are over. The Clarence river has many curves & bends ,.
Also I saw on the news a young bull on a standing on a roof top .

Oh, my goodness! Those are 2 amazing stories. It seems like the whole world is in chaos with wars and weather competing.

Wow! So happy that they rescued her. We have had neighbors heifers get out and mix in with our herd, not fun separating them!!! Most of ours are friendly as we show them at the fairs and our grands have their 4-H projects here.

It's been heart breaking watching the devastating floods, the whole world is in turmoil at the moment, let's pray that Russia and Ukraine can come to some agreement, there are no winners in war.
