Please can we send Martine - mops our love, prayers, hugs, positive thoughts on the recent death of her husband. I had been aware that she had been very quiet recently but I hadnot sent her a message asking if she was OK. On another post here she has commented on his death. Martine has been a huge part of Cute for many, many years and is a brilliant digitiser and freely shared designs on the part of the site we dont mention and is a very capable with machine embroidery which she has been doing for about 30 may be more years . Plus a knitter and dressmaker. She is also a invaluable member of the moderating team with her wise words when life behind the bits on public view become a sticky.

Martine, so sad to hear of the passing of your husband. Please accept my condolences to you and your family. It is difficult to go on without the person you loved by your side and regain happiness again. Know that we are here to help you in any way we can. You have many friends here and sometimes just talking to others help along the way.

I again say how very sorry I am for your loss. I hope and pray that each day gets better for you and soon you can immerse and enjoy yourself, with all the crafts you are so good at. I realize right now you may not have those interest, but sewing comforts me, when I am at a loss. I still have my spouse, but losing my sister recently was bad enough. Something everyday reminds me of her and I am sure it's the same for you. Good memories are a blessing. I am glad of all the times we spent together. If you need a shoulder I am here. I only have one good one right now!-lol ( you know me, I had to end with a funny note) Other arm is broke if you didn't know but I am ok-Much love-Toogie
