Ezze I had a problem similar to this when Microsoft updated my computer a while back. It wouldn't even let me go to the Internet. My SNL took computer to work with him & one of the comp. whizzes he has fixed it but it took several days. *4U

What is your anti virus program. Close out and run a complete scan and see if something has been blocked. Then of course let us know, a virus got past daughter's program while she was using Norton, she now is using something else and it lets her know more.
I can go into projects but if your program is stopping you then I would like to know what you are using. Thanks
