Love your Navy quilt! Your talent for design is outstanding! I always look forward to your quilts and posts. Hugs, Suzanna
Thank you Suzanna. I just told my neighbor that I'm so glad our leader Sharon, gives me free reign on my creativity. We all have access to the patterns in our group, but I get bored making the same thing over and over. I was hesitant to ask for those 20 fabrics for the Bargello but Sharon was happy to provide. We are blessed that a local business helps fund our QOV fabrics/supplies.
Toogie, this looks amazing, I love scrap quilts.
I'll get around to posting photos of my latest cancer quilts one day.
I would just love to see your quilts. I hope to get back sewing again after celebration tomorrow 4 th of July. Thanks!
I love this sort of thing and immediately went over and watched Jenny's video. This is a beautiful quilt. I did some of this in the past but didn't make anything this lovely.
We are our own worse critics and I will bet yours looks great. I seconded guess myself using these 'crumbs' for something so important as giving to a veteran but the other quilters loved it. I like Jenny's videos. She makes everything seem so doable, especially if someone has doubts. Thank you Sharon for commenting.
Beautiful and amazing work using up scraps.
I love scraps and detest waste of any kind. I nearly faint when I hear someone say they trashed fabric. They could have sent it to me!-lol- I would turn it into something useful. Hope you are well-Toogie
