Hello Cuties! We’ve had some friends visiting for a few days. An old army buddy of my husbands. We were all in Germany together over 50 years ago. Anyway, we had the best time with them. We learned a new to us game called Farkle played with 6 dice. There were 10 of us playing at my dining table. Does anyone know where I could get 6 dice in an embroidery design, hopefully free-😉😃 I want to make an ITH 5x7 bag with the name of the game and the dice to keep them in.

Here is a picture of friend & my hubby with the quilt he was awarded today. I showed you the quilt when I made it and Lynn did an outstanding job quilting for him.

Appreciate any help finding a design thanks.Toogie

That's a stunning quilt! Do you recall what the design is called?

It’s called Misty Morning by Eileen Wright. It was in a library book I got called, More Twist And Turn Bargello Quilts. Ask your local library.

Great picture and beautiful quilt! Happy Anniversary!

There was a design of 6 dice given away on Daily Embroidery that you may have previously collected called Dice on Six Machine Embroidery Design. If not, you can find the same design on Blasto Stitch for $1. Search for "dice" and you should find a design of 6 applique dice.

Thanks, I really wanted a small full design of six dice together so I could add to an ITH bag (5x7) size. Maybe I should check some old files. I may have something to work with there.

I remember you showing us the quilt! I'm so glad it was made specially for your hubby's friend. That is a picture to treasure. I haven't heard of the game, but it sounds like a lot of fun. I hope you manage to find the design of dice. And be sure to show off what you do with it too.

The game is played with 6 🎲 dice is why I wanted the dice design. You roll and keep score but you have to score 750 points before you can get on the board ( meaning your points don’t start counting until you roll 750 in one turn). It’s fun and everyone caught on quickly, even Nora (age 9) and Eva (Spanish). Eva is a whiz at math and loves games. Marsha is trying to figure how to make Eva a board that folds so when she goes back home it will fit in her luggage-lol

It was such a unique and beautiful quilt - he must have been so pleased by your gift. He so deserves it. I am not familiar with the dice game but it sounded like all of you had a ton of fun! As far as a dice design - I have one that I got from the John Deer (The Deer Embroidery Legacy) site - it is small and I got it years ago. I don't know if it is available anymore. Hope you find what you need! Thanks for sharing! Hugs, Laura
