What a wonderful photo with all their smiling faces! Great project for them.
I'm so glad I am finally catching up on all I have missed this past week. I wondered how the snowflake party went. I'm glad to see Avery shared in the fun too. Beautiful snowflakes, beautiful creators of the snowflakes too. I hope you are all having a wonderful day filled with love, laughter and good food.
I hope you are feeling better with pain management. Hope they can figure a way to remove the mass ❤️Toogie
Ps. I read your comment and thought I had replied days ago. Evidently I didn’t submit🙄
Lovely pictures. Love the snowflakes. Hugs
Thanks Shirley, I enjoyed working with the children. Nora even played a couple games of Farkle with us.
How I love seeing all these pictures of your grands and great grands Toogie and I bet Avery loved being there too.
God bless you in everything you do to create these beautiful memories, family is what matters most. The kids will always remember being with their Nanna and doing all those wonderful things.
Merry Christmas to you and yours and I hope 2023 is filled with love, joy, peace and good health. Love Chris
Than you Chris, you know I offer these same wishes to you and your family.
Hope things and you mum have settle down somewhat❤️Toogie
Sweet story with the Grands! And their Snowflakes turned out lovely! I have been so sick the last 2 weeks that we had to pair down what we could do for decoration, etc. Don't catch the flu!!!! Stay healthy! Hugs, Laura
Are y’all getting any improvement? I hate that y’all got sick- we are trying to keep well but will have to grocery shop soon for Christmas. They are giving extreme weather for us that are not equipped for the cold. I’m staying in after tomorrow.
Thanks about the kids
The snowflakes are beautiful! Love making memories with the grands. Merry Christmas! Tonya
Thank you Tonya! Yes love my grands and my great grands. I hope they remember this day when I'm gone. I know my kids and the older grands remember special things I would do with them. Makes my christmas bright, for sure! Merry Christmas to you and yours!-Toogie
Making memories. Awesome. Love the smiling faces of the kiddos.
I do too ! Wish you could have been here. I read Nora about 'your adoption' and she enjoyed hearing it. I love how she gets a twinkle in her eyes and a big smile when she is happy or excited. She had it when I told her about you wanting to be adopted.-l
Well, Toogie, sounds like a fun and successful day! Wish I could see the pictures...😔 Hopefully, at some point I will see them here... Merry Christmas!
Gosh toogie, family fun. Looks like they all had a productive time. I am off cooking with my boys on Thursday as school will have finished and I will be with them for the day. Gruff has produced a list of what is to be made. I am about to do some embroidery for others. Its the same over, embroidery takes no time at all and oh just do it, is not the reality at all. I have just come to my laptop and discovered and remembered a phone call interrupted me as I wrote. I will remove my other comment
I know what you mean they think we can snap our fingers and it's done. Have fun with your boys. I still have to do last minute grocery shopping for fresh items and they are giving really cold below freezing temps after Wednesday so tomorrow will be my shopping. After that I hunker down and cook.
The kids did have a good time and told me so when they hugged and kissed me to leave.
Well, it sounds like everybody had some fun and some success and maybe learned about keeping Mom and grandmother happy! Call it a big success. They will remember. My grandmother (Mom's mom) never did any sewing or crafts with me, but 40 plus years after her death, I still can smell her kitchen in my imagination with all the smells, the perfect fish, her birthday cakes for grands, and the overburnt toast that she ate for her digestive issues. Plus the slight odor of the gas stove itself.
And I remember how she looked barefoot in sand. She was born at a beach and looked so at home in sand at any beach! Keep making the memories, Toog. Merry Christmas.
I remember my grandmas smell, her and house, because I lived with her, after my moms bad wreck, until I married. One time when grown Caleb hugged and kissed me, he told me I smelled so good. I hope he has good memories of me too and not an 'old grandma smell'.-lol
