Hi Cuties, I made this new headrest cover, for Avery’s wheelchair, just a few days before Christmas. With all that’s been going on, I forgot to show you. It’s nothing pretty, but necessary. I didn’t have any black vinyl and so I used Navy. I guess I should have waited, until I was able to get black, but parents were so glad they said it was fine. The Navy is so dark I think it’s ok. Besides, they were just glad to have something that wouldn’t get peelings tangled in her hair.

I took the old cover apart so I could cut a pattern. It was worn and stretched but it helped me cut mine out. Thanks!

Thanks, Mrs Lillian is doing pretty good as she says,’ for a woman of her age.’ She sounds good, just as sweet as ever.
115749You did a great job, Toogie. It is hard to get anyone to do repair-type work on the upholstery of a wheelchair, you could probably have a full-time business if you wanted it. The guys in the business just want to sell you the next chair. You are such a great advocate for her!
