We are in Florida for a while. I brought my smaller embroidery machine with me - but, it isn't a sewing machine. I realized now I should have brought a sewing machine down here too. My very supportive husband urged me to just buy one to leave here. I found one that I like so much - but, it will travel back home with us when we leave. The new one is awesome - so much quieter and runs so smooth. I'll bring the older sewing machine here next year and keep the newer one at our home. Long story short - here are two hot pads (front of one and back of the other) - that I stiched on the new sewing machine! Hugs and flowers to all, Laura

Love Brother and Babylock machines. My husband doesn't even like me talking about my hobby most of the time nor would he ever suggest me spending money.....he gets a ding or notice on one of his devices if I spend $1. I know a way to get around that but still I don't buy much. I do have an embroidery only machine he doesn't know I bought...He bought something so I bought something.

Thank you for the correction, Brother and Baby Lock are so similar, it is hard to tell the difference. Be sure to show projects made with it.

Ooh! Laura how great is that. You are very spoiled. I do love Roosters and Chickens on my pot holders etc. Great job and say to your husband from me, that he's a darling for doing that for you. Love Chris

How nice! So does it emb too? If so what’s the largest hoop size?

Great minds think alike. I was going to pm Chris and suggest to her that she needs to make a hot pad with Cute’s free rooster design offered now. Chris said before how she loves chickens. I am assuming designs too. Then I thought, I should make one but then I also know I have other things waiting to do-🤪

No, Toogie, this is just a sewing machine. I have my Baby Lock Flare with me - the largest hoop is 6x10. But, it doesn't sew! My hubby was saying that we lacked hot pads at this house - so, I figured my first project was to sew hot pads! Next will be repairing a seam on a shirt for him. It was a new shirt with about two inches on one side that wasn't sewn - can you believe it!! Hugs to you!!!
