Now that is a fantastic work of art!!! I can't quilt tell if this is a design that you have bought, or if you created it yourself. Either way, it is to be treasured!
So Excited..Quilt nearly Complete..Love It!!Stunning Work!!!
Thanks Sonja, I can always count on your super adjectives describing my work!!! he he he! Love Chris
Your work is amazing! Can't wait to see the quilt completed! I am glad to hear you are taking a rest day. Seems like I take too many rest days. Take care of yourself and let us know how you are doing. Love, hugs and prayers, Suzanna
Thanks Suzanna, I feel fine and am up and about like nothing has happened. I'm taking it easy though and not lifting anything heavy and Trev is hanging out the washing etc. for me. I've got the roses sewn together, now just have to put the plain ones in between. Love Chris
Hi Chris, Love these and you are doing a beautiful job. PLease tell were are these designs from. I am not a quilt person but would love to make them as my Girlfriend is Quilt mad. I am sure she would love them. Hugs, Lyn
Hi Lyn, underneath my pictures is the name of the Company - Sweetpea up in Queensland. The birds and animals, apart from the blue heeler are all applique. The floral emblems are machine embroidery. The Blue Heeler is from Dawn Johnson's design another Australian designer. Hoping your knees are all better now. Love Chris
I have no doubt that Emma will love this quilt. She may not understand all of the time and thread that goes into it, but we here at Cute do know and appreciate your time and the effort you put into this. I hope you are taking some time to rest up before your surgery.
Hi Karen, thanks got your comments and tomorrow will be my rest day. I’ve only got the wattle to do. I’m visiting a friend who is off to South Korea to adopt a little boy. She already has the older brother, so she’s very excited. ❤️👵🏻
Yet another superb stitch out. This quilt is going to be stunning and a future heirloom.
Hi Carolyn, I do hope Emma (my niece) appreciates the work that has gone into making this. Lots and lots of hours and hundreds of metres of threads. Love Chris
