This fabric bag is from a sewing kit that I purchased. I have always wanted to make one. I will hang it on my peg board in my craft room - although, I can see it in our guest bedroom too. It would make a great thread catcher also!! Thanks for looking!! Flowers and hugs for all, Laura

I really like this little useful bag. Is it actually lower in the front? Where did you get the design?

It is lower in the front. I using it on my sewing table right now. My hubby bought me a subscription to a monthly sewing project box (Sewers Club) that comes with material, thread, directions, a link to a YouTube, etc. This was one of the projects. I love the surprise each month - but, wouldn't buy it myself as the subscription is pricey.

Thank you so very much - I too liked that fabric. It was a fun project and I should make more for my pegboard in my sewing room. Thanks again and hugs!!

So what is it used for ? I have one someone made me with a pincushion to weigh it down , where you have your loops. It’s pretty fabric but have tweaked my curiosity at it’s intent for use.

I just have mine hanging off my table. Don’t use it. I have 3 pincushions already and I find the threads are hard to empty the bag clean. So I guess mine is useless or I am-lol

The project card referred to it as a Fabric Basket. One picture showed four of them hanging on four knobs in a baby's nursery, filled with baby items. Mine will hang on my peg board to hold whatever. A sweet Cutie, here sent me a thread catcher one year, when we exchanged gifts - I just love it and use it all the time. Hugs!!

So very pretty! I love mine (that you sent to me)and already have it hanging by my sewing/embroidery machine. And I plan to bring it with me when I have to stay near the hospital for 5 weeks for treatment so I can keep working on my latest hand embroidered lap quilt while having the treatments.

Thank you!!! That is a great way to make use of yours! You are so patient, hand embroidering takes a bunch!! I continue to send you prayers and positive thoughts (your handsome hubby too!). Hugs, Laura

Very nice. It looks quite large. You could probably use one of these in the car also, as a trash bag or just to keep small items collected.

Love this Laura and maybe after the success of making this that you can now make more. For guests, thread catchers and any other occassion
