Love this! Years ago I made 3 sets for granddaughters. To this day they still have them.
Oh! this is really gorgeous Patti. I love the idea of a scrap basket, I just use a used Honey container! Love Chris
I always kept a cottage cheese or sour cream container for scraps whilst sewing or big garbage can. I have my clips in something else so a plastic container will work good inside this basket and easy dumping when done. Us women are so imaginative when it comes to recycling.
Great job - perfect material!! I love this! Hugs, Laura
Thank you Laura---I liked the fabric too. I don't have too many with sewing objects. That is weird to me, I should have lots of that.
Very handy!
Yes, indeed. I think I will keep it by my serger for a scrap bin and scissor and glasses--maybe toss to other pockets a marking pen and ruler.
You say it is easy to make, but it looks complicated. I love the fabric you used. I love that it can be used in all sorts of ways and it has plenty of space to store everything needed for a project.
Ah, YouTube makes you see the light on how things are made before someone else taught it. It was really really easy and fast.
Really nice basket. These small containers are so useful, for all sorts of things. You did a good job here.
Thank you, yes useful for many things. Ha, I have many useful things and getting nowhere to set them. Right now my glasses for threading needles and a pair of scissors are in 2 pocket but I have yet to decide what to do with the center--perhaps a plastic clean food container for my scraps???? like when I serge. That would help.
